Marine John P

I finally updated my awesome husband's website, Marine John P , to reflect his current position and contact information. I also added a couple of pictures in the gallery. Sorry for the delay, dear. Love you.

Proud of my good-looking boys!

Posterous

I am trying out Posterous to autopost to my Twitter and Blogger miscellaneous/general blog (not this one). I like the idea of integrating some of my social media tools. I'm not ready to autopost to Facebook though. Sometimes I want to microblog without eliciting responses from friends and family. No offense, hehe.

Links

I updated my links to remove MySpace and Friendster and add LinkedIn. It's been a few years since I've used MySpace and Friendster. I probably need to get in there and delete the accounts altogether, but I'm sort of hesitant to lose my semi-early user status, lol. I have made a point of keeping my LinkedIn updated, especially in light of recent job searches.

Relocation again

John and I moved back to southern California from northern Indiana a couple months ago, as I mentioned in my updated bio. It's awesome to be back, although a bit surreal in the beginning. I feel like I'm not the same person and have grown a little bit from my stint in the Midwest. It's always good to gain more perspective I think. My domain names and e-mail addresses remain the same. As always, e-mail is the best way to communicate with me.

HTML

My coworker and I were discussing learning about HTML in the late 1990s. I pulled up my website, and she thought I used a template. I didn't know if I should be offended or take that as a compliment. For the record, I prefer hand coding. Thank you very much.

QR code

I'm so stoked on my new QR code that I created on Kaywa . It points to my website, not that I've posted anything exciting here, lol. I just might have it printed on my personal/business card as a networking tool. Ya, I'm a dork. :)
